Absolutely! Our culinary team specializes in creating bespoke menus tailored to your preferences, dietary requirements, and cultural traditions. We offer complimentary menu tasting sessions for confirmed bookings.

What is included in the per-plate price?

Our per-plate pricing includes the full menu as outlined (starters, soups, salads, main courses, breads, rice, and desserts), beverages/mocktails, service staff, crockery, cutlery, and basic table setup. Alcohol and special décor are quoted separately.

Do you accommodate special dietary requirements?

Yes! We cater to Jain, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary preferences. Our chefs are experienced in preparing authentic dishes that meet specific dietary guidelines without compromising on taste or presentation.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for peak wedding season (October to March). This ensures availability and allows adequate time for menu customization and tasting sessions. Off-season bookings can be confirmed 3-6 months in advance.

Is there a minimum guest count requirement?

For buffet menus (Excellence and Sapphire), we recommend a minimum of 100 guests for optimal service and freshness. For smaller gatherings (under 100 guests), we offer customized plated service or our A La Carte menu options.
