How the website uses storage

The public website does not require optional analytics, advertising, maps, booking widgets, videos, virtual tours or social embeds in order to display ordinary pages and images. Essential server and security functions may process limited technical information without using it for optional marketing.

Privacy preference record

When you make a privacy choice, the website stores a record named tivoli-consent-preferences in local browser storage. This is not an advertising cookie. It records the notice version, update time and the optional categories you allowed. It remains until you change your choice, clear browser storage or a new notice version replaces it.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only when you allow the Analytics category and a measurement identifier is configured. Google may then set cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish visits and measure aggregated website use. Google controls the precise cookie names and durations; commonly, these records may remain for up to two years. Withdrawing Analytics permission stops future analytics loading and the website attempts to remove the recognised analytics cookies.

Services loaded when you request them

Google Maps, SwiftBook, YouTube, Matterport, Instagram and similar external content remain unloaded until you directly request that service or allow its category. When loaded, the provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and may place its own cookies or browser storage under its policy. Allowing one category does not automatically allow unrelated categories.

Ordinary images and Cloudinary

Cloudinary delivers ordinary website images as part of the page you requested. These images are not classified as optional analytics or advertising content and therefore do not require an optional website choice. Cloudinary and the hosting provider may receive routine technical requests needed to deliver and secure the content.

Advertising and marketing storage

The current website implementation does not activate a separate advertising-pixel category. If Tivoli introduces advertising or cross-site marketing technology, this policy and the preference centre must be updated before it is enabled, and any required affirmative choice must be obtained.

Managing or withdrawing choices

You can review or withdraw optional choices at any time. Withdrawing a choice does not affect the ordinary website, previously lawful processing or a booking or enquiry you already requested.

Privacy preferences

You may also clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking all storage may prevent the website from remembering your privacy choices.
